Overview
Sarah is an attorney in the firm's Business Department. She assists clients with variety of general business and real estate matters including assisting with mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and entity formation.  

Prior to joining Sussman Shank, Sarah served as a Research Assistant while attending the University of Oregon School of Law. She worked primarily on updating a treatise for Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code. As a participant in the school's Advanced Domestic Violence Clinic, Sarah represented survivors of intimate partner violence in numerous family law matters. Concurrently, she assisted clients as a Law Clerk for a law firm in Eugene, Oregon, with various business, tax, and health care issues.

Utilizing her experience working with a diverse group of businesses and individuals in both a firm as a law clerk and at a legal clinic, Sarah is committed to achieving the best possible results on behalf of clients.

In her free time, Sarah dabbles in swimming, skiing, and pottery.
