Sussman Shank LLP is pleased to welcome Josh Flood as an associate in the firm’s Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy Department.
Josh’s representation has included financial institutions and creditors in a variety of contexts. He assists clients in all aspects of bankruptcy, restructuring, and related litigation. Prior to joining Sussman Shank, he worked on complex lending, financial transactions, and bankruptcy issues at the Atlanta office of Greenberg Traurig LLP. Before that, he advised financial institutions and nonbank lenders on consumer financial services laws and regulations at Buckley LLP in Washington, D.C.
Josh earned his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School and his B.A. in Economics from the College of William and Mary. During law school, he was a member of the George Washington University Law Review and graduated with high honors. Josh is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Georgia.
Josh will be joining our dynamic and skilled team of bankruptcy professionals representing debtors, creditors, lenders and other stakeholders. Our attorneys are committed to finding creative solutions to resolve client issues in the most effective way possible.
