Sussman Shank LLP is pleased to welcome Mikaela Marino to the firm. Mikaela first joined us as a law clerk through our Summer Associate program in 2023 and continued clerking for the firm in her final year of school.

Mikaela will focus her practice on business and employment litigation. Additionally, Mikaela has a wide range of legal experience across multiple practice areas, including construction and real estate and land use. With her skills and knowledge of legal strategy, Mikaela will help us serve our clients with great success.

Mikaela earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School and her B.A., summa cum laude, in Anthropology from Loyola University Chicago. During law school, Mikaela was awarded the Pro Bono Honors Award and First Year Best Oral Advocate.
