Representative Work: Mediation

We initiated a mediation process in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon which resolved issues in three related bankruptcies and several adversary proceedings pending in three different Bankruptcy Courts in the Western District of Washington. This resulted in a settlement which requires payment in full of a debt owed to the client of over $2 million. Return to Representative Work
