Overview

Majesta Racanelli is a seasoned, full service Paralegal with over 20 years of experience.  Majesta regularly assists attorneys and clients in many practice areas throughout the firm including Business, Litigation, and Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy. 

Her main focus at the firm has been bankruptcy litigation, where she has extensive experience working with debtors and creditors in bankruptcy and is closely involved in the entire process of a case including drafting, revising and filing petitions, supporting schedules, motions and other pleadings. In addition, her experience includes filing cases in courts in multiple states and jurisdictions. 

Majesta' s experience also includes probate, trust, receivership, and litigation support. 

As a true native Oregonian, Majesta enjoys the Pacific Northwest.  She enjoys spending time outside of the office with her family, baking, and traveling.

Professional Activities

For more than 5 years, Majesta was an active guest teacher for the Bankruptcy Paralegal program at Portland Community College and Clark County Community college.  With Majesta's background and experience, her contributions to the program offered a unique perspective to students who are seeking the fundamental skills of a paralegal education.
