Josh Flood is an associate in the firm's Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy group with experience representing financial institutions and creditors in a variety of contexts. He assists clients in all aspects of bankruptcy, restructuring, and related litigation.

Prior to joining Sussman Shank, he worked on lending, financial transactions, and bankruptcy issues at the Atlanta office of Greenberg Traurig LLP. Before that, he advised financial institutions and non-bank lenders on consumer financial services laws and regulations at Buckley LLP in Washington, D.C.

Josh graduated from the George Washington University Law School with high honors. He was a member of the George Washington University Law Review.

  • Represented broker-dealer in successful chapter 11 reorganization
  • Represented creditors, debtors, and trustees in various phases of bankruptcy litigation and adversary actions
