Darin works as outside general counsel for over a hundred businesses. He is often the first person called when an opportunity or difficulty is encountered by a business owner or officer. With Darin’s economics and business background, as well as over three decades in solving both complex and standard business concerns and issues, Darin seeks long-term solutions for his clients. Those solutions include resolutions which are economically, legally, and where applicable, emotionally, appropriate.
Darin is passionate about the practice of law and protecting his clients as well as his community. Darin has led The Home Builders Foundation and The Rotary Club of Portland in numerous large and small projects addressing homeless solutions in Oregon. Darin has litigated over 750 cases, tried or arbitrated over 100 cases and assisted clients in selling and purchasing over 500 businesses, as well as assisted clients in hundreds of real estate purchases, sales and financings in his 35 years of legal practice.
