Overview
Sean is a member of our litigation practice group.  His litigation experience includes representing individuals and businesses, large and small, in cases involving complex personal injury, commercial and business disputes, employment and labor issues, real estate disputes, regulatory matters, and property damage claims.

Sean assists on all aspects of case management.  His litigation and trial support services include discovery management (including the use of document review and management platforms such as iPro Eclipse, Summation, and Introspect), fact investigation and development, legal research and writing, and drafting discovery motions, dispositive motions, and trial submissions (including trial memoranda, jury instructions, motions in limine, verdict forms, and motions for directed verdict).
